We also offer a Superbill upon request.

A Superbill is an invoice with a diagnostic code and service code for your session. If your provider is not In Network (INN) with your insurance plan, they will be considered an Out Of Network (OON) provider. Insurance usually does not cover OON providers unless you have OON benefits.If you have OON benefits, they may reimburse for part of the session cost.
